BLF does not have a ward councillor candidate in all the wards of the municipalities where it is contesting in the LGE. However, BLF appears in all the PR ballots.
In the Metropolitan areas (e.g. Johannesburg) where BLF is contesting, you will receive 2 ballots, namely:
i. 1 for the ward councillor (ward list), and
ii. 1 for the political party (PR list)
Where BLF appears on the ward councillor ballot, vote BLF.
Also vote BLF in all PR ballots
